How is this different from Toast / Square / Resy?
Those are templated tools — same dashboard for every restaurant, same lead form for every caterer. I build calibrated to your menu, your lanes, your margins. Custom doesn't have to mean enterprise prices.
What does a typical first month look like?
We have a 30-min discovery call. I build a working prototype based on what I heard — free. We meet again to walk through it. If it's a fit, you sign up for the Operator plan. Most clients have their dashboard live in 1-2 weeks.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. 30-day notice either way. No hard feelings, no penalties. If you ever feel you're not getting value, just text me.
Do you only work with food businesses?
No. Smash Island Burger is a published case study, but I work across small business in general — fabrication, design, services, retail. If the workflow is custom and the data lives in spreadsheets, I can probably help.
What about my data privacy?
Your dashboard runs on infrastructure I own. No data sold, no third-party tracking beyond standard hosting (Vercel) and AI inference (Anthropic for chatbots when you opt in). Happy to sign an NDA before any work starts.
What if I just want one project, not a monthly?
Possible — but I usually recommend the Operator plan ($75/mo) because most projects need at least light ongoing maintenance once they're live. We can talk it through on the discovery call.
